Description

Real-time continuous glucose monitoring (rtCGM) alerts can be a powerful diabetes self- management tool. Alerts can also be annoying and add to the diabetes burden. This session will focus on developing clinician skill and practice in assessing and discussing how alerts settings are individualized. Dr. Gilbert will share case examples to highlight where a change in alert settings can reduce diabetes burden, while improving safety and time in range.
