Ever changing hormone levels create yet another glycemic variability curveball. Glucose fluctuations are often seen throughout the menstrual cycle and into menopause. This session will follow women through their daily lives to uncover their unique glycemic patterns and strategize solutions to empower them to find balance as they navigate the glucose and life event rollercoaster.
